GENERAL TERMS
By accessing and using Shop Foster, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone at any time
- Cancel or limit any order at our discretion
- Deny or ban users suspected of fraud, abuse, or use of bots/automation
ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION
- Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, verification, and fulfillment
- Orders flagged as medium or high fraud risk may be canceled without notice
- We reserve the right to request additional verification before fulfilling any order
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed
- If a cancellation request is approved prior to fulfillment, the following fees apply:
- Orders under $100 → $5 cancellation fee
- Orders over $100 → 5% cancellation/restocking fee
SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout
- Billing and shipping addresses must match or the order may be canceled
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified, rerouted, or intercepted
Shipping Liability
- Shop Foster is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered
- All shipments are insured through the carrier
- The customer is responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- You must file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS)
- Shop Foster is not responsible for replacing or refunding these orders
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must include original packaging in original condition
- Footwear must be in 100% brand new condition (no wear or creasing)
- Footwear must be returned double-boxed with the original shoe box undamaged
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Release date / limited release products
- Sale items (ALL SALES FINAL)
Refunds & Store Credit
- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment
- Approved returns will be issued as:
- Store Credit, or
- Exchange (if available)
- Store credit:
- Is issued digitally
- Can be used for online purchases only
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
Return Shipping
- If Return Protection was purchased:
- Return shipping is free
- If not purchased:
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
- Cost will be deducted from store credit
Return Authorization
- All returns must be approved through our Return Portal prior to shipping
- Returns without authorization will be refused
- Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
- We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free
- We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors
- Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory issues
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
Products are sold for personal use only.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected of resale
- Limit quantities per customer
- Refuse future orders from resellers
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Shop Foster is not liable for:
- Shipping carrier issues (delays, loss, damage)
- Customer-entered address errors
- Indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products or services
PRIVACY & SECURITY
- Customer information is treated as private and confidential
- Payments are processed using secure SSL encryption technology
- We do not store or share sensitive payment information
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (images, logos, text, graphics) is the property of Shop Foster and may not be used without written permission.
TERMS OF USE
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to access products
- Attempt to disrupt or exploit the website
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account suspension or ban
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By placing an order with Shop Foster, you agree to the following:
- You will contact Shop Foster directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to:
- Deny future purchases from customers who initiate chargebacks
- Submit all relevant evidence (order confirmation, tracking, delivery confirmation, IP data, fraud analysis, etc.) to dispute any claim
- Charge a restocking and administrative fee for any order that is returned as a result of a forced chargeback
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for chargebacks.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & SHOP CASH
All promotions, discount codes, and incentives (including Shop Cash offers) are subject to the following:
- Promotions are valid for a limited time only and may be changed or canceled at any time without notice
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
- Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated
- Promotions may be excluded from select products, including release items or limited inventory
Shop Cash / Third-Party Incentives
- Shop Foster does not control or guarantee the availability, value, or delivery of Shop Cash or third-party promotional incentives
- Issues related to Shop Cash must be resolved through the platform provider (Shop App / Shopify)
- We are not responsible for missed, expired, or unavailable promotional offers tied to third-party platforms
RELEASE DAY & HIGH-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of limited and high-demand items:
- All release date / limited release products are FINAL SALE
- No returns, exchanges, or store credit
- Orders are not guaranteed until successfully processed and fulfilled
- We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to overselling, inventory errors, or system issues
- Limit quantities per customer
- Cancel orders suspected of bot usage or unfair purchasing methods
High-demand releases may be subject to:
- Additional verification requirements
- Delayed processing times
FRAUD, BOTS & ORDER ABUSE
To maintain fairness and protect inventory:
- Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or third-party reservation services is strictly prohibited
- Orders flagged for:
- Bot activity
- Resale intent
- Fraud risk
may be canceled without notice
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Block IP addresses or customer accounts
- Limit or restrict future purchases
RESALE & BULK PURCHASING
Products sold by Shop Foster are intended for personal use only.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected of being placed for resale purposes
- Limit quantities per product or per customer
- Refuse service to customers attempting to bypass purchase limits
PRICING ERRORS & ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
In the event of pricing errors, system issues, or incorrect product information:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including after payment has been processed
- Customers will be notified and refunded (if applicable) in the event of cancellation
REFUSED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Undeliverable
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping costs and applicable fees from store credit
- Treat the order as a return under our standard return policy
PRODUCT CONDITION & RETURN INSPECTION
All returned items are subject to strict inspection upon receipt.
By initiating a return, you agree that:
- Shop Foster has sole discretion in determining whether an item meets return eligibility
- Items must be returned in 100% original, unworn condition to qualify
- Any signs of wear—including but not limited to:
- Creasing
- Scuffing
- Odor
- Dirt or debris on soles
- Damaged or missing packaging
will result in the return being rejected
If a return is rejected:
- The item will be sent back to the customer at their expense
- No store credit or exchange will be issued
RETURN DOCUMENTATION & EVIDENCE
To ensure fairness and prevent disputes:
- Shop Foster documents all returns during inspection, including photo and/or video evidence
- Documentation may include:
- Condition of the item
- Packaging condition
- Signs of wear or damage
This documentation may be used to:
- Support return decisions
- Respond to payment disputes or chargebacks
- Provide evidence to payment processors or financial institutions
CONDITION DISPUTES
If a customer disputes the condition of a returned item:
- Shop Foster reserves the right to rely on internal inspection documentation as final determination
- We are not obligated to accept returns that do not meet policy standards, regardless of customer claim
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (FOOTWEAR)
To protect the integrity of collectible and premium footwear:
- All footwear must be returned:
- Double-boxed
- With the original shoe box in undamaged condition
- Including all original packaging materials and accessories
Damage to the original shoe box may result in:
- Return rejection, or
- A deduction from store credit at our discretion
ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY
We monitor return activity to prevent abuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return history
- Refuse future orders from customers who abuse return privileges
- Limit or revoke return eligibility at any time
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Returns are processed after they are received and inspected
- Processing times may vary based on volume
- Store credit or exchanges will only be issued after inspection is complete
