Refund policy

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Must include all original tags attached
  • Must be returned with original packaging in original condition
  • Footwear must be in 100% brand new condition (no wear, no creasing)
  • All footwear must be returned double-boxed, with the original shoe box undamaged and all accessories included

Any item that does not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Release date / limited release items
  • Sale items (ALL SALES FINAL)

If ineligible items are sent back, the package will be refused or returned to sender, and Shop Foster is not responsible for those shipments.

REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment
  • Approved returns will be issued as:
    • Store Credit, or
    • Exchange (if requested and inventory is available)

Store credit:

  • Is issued digitally
  • Can be used for future online purchases only
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If you purchased Return Protection (“Free Return Shipping + Package Protection”):
    • Your return shipping label will be provided at no cost
  • If you did not purchase Return Protection:
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
    • Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit

IMPORTANT RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • All returns must be submitted and approved through our Return Portal prior to shipping
  • Returns sent without approval or proper documentation will not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for lost, refused, or unauthorized return shipments.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Visit our Return Portal (link below)
  2. Submit your return request
  3. If approved:
    • You will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Once your return is received and inspected:
    • You will receive your store credit or exchange confirmation

NOTES

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on volume and inspection
  • Shop Foster reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet policy requirements
