Traditional shoulder seams have been eliminated, and armholes re-engineered in the form of the Japanese ideogram for the number 7. Sew-free, heat-sealing technology is used to bond the pieces, replacing bulky, traditional seaming. Drawing further on heritage identification, the pocket-shaped form at the back of the neck evokes the brand’s signature half-moon construction and the 1972 cult brand logo printed on the lower sleeve provides textured contrast to clean construction lines.
